Shelterbelt trees reduce wind erosion, water erosion, help to conserve energy in houses as well as provide food shelter for the birds. To promote the establishment of shelterbelts and facilitate the MD of Peace ratepayers, the Agricultural Service Board will bulk order trees on a cost recovery basis.
